Our Team

Ralph grew up in a large family in Canada and moved to the states in 2016. He started his career working for the family business which in return has given him the desire to learn more about the construction trade and to become a licensed carpenter. Ralph’s remodeling and project management experience has allowed him the ability to provide creative and practical ways to remodel a space to fit the needs of every client. He enjoys living in the country with his wife and 3 children and in his free time, he loves to spend time outside with them.

Doug was born and raised in West Michigan. He has been working in the construction industry for 10 years now. Doug has experience navigating every step of the building process, from drafting plans, establishing budgets, and scheduling subcontractors. Through this experience, he has acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to provide an excellent design-build experience while also project managing along the way. Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his family as well as specialty woodworking.
